Overview of the Lesson:

Students will participate in a peer feedback loop

Students will be assigned into mixed ability groups of 2-3, they will share their pedigrees and receive feedback about the accuracy of their pedigree and areas of improvement (UDL principles 8.3, 8.4)

create extensions of the assignment- give students a more challenging pedigree to solve, possibly have these students help a student who is struggling

Students will be able to alter their pedigree if needed based on the feedback provided
